I am so glad to hear from you recently. I understand what you told me in the mail. As a friend, I had been through the same situation just like yours before.
Based on my personal experiences, I can provide two suggestions for you. First of all, you should open your mind, talk more to your friends initiatively. Secondly, hang out with your friends. Through your communications, you can share your ideas and opinions with them, and they can know you better.
