Make an outline of everything you need to have and do to make your plan happen. Make a list of all of the steps that need to be accomplished and think about what needs to be done.
Detail everything thoroughly and read over it so you can start coming up with some mental solutions of how to carry out your plans.
You should ensure that if for some reason way one doesn’t work, you have way two and way three to lean back on. Therefore, different ways are needed at hand. It’s just a matter of being organized. Chances are that there is always more than one way of doing things, and chances are that if one of the other ones will.
Committing yourself to finishing at least at least part if not all of your plan at once is also necessary. It will show that you not only have initiative to get things rolling, but that you are interested in the results obtained with making the move to get everything done.
If you make a commitment to finish before a specific time, make sure that you carry that out, and be sure to do everything in the way you said you would, within the time-frame you set for your self.
Don’t try to tackle more things all at a time. All that does is to delay your progress, distract you and make you lose your interest, motivation and energy.
Carrying out an effective plan requires being as organized as possible. You will only achieve this by sticking to the order of the plan and not turn away from it or trying to do more at a time.
Last but not least, you should never abandon things mid-project. It will only annoy everyone around you including yourself. Unfinished plans are a waste of time, energy and, in some cases, even money.
So, don’t be afraid of organization. The older we get, the more necessary it becomes to have the skills necessary to follow through with confidence and to be able to carry through plans in an organized and manageable way. It pays to be organized, after all.

Want your kids to sleep better at night? Turn off the TV. That"s the conclusion of a new study from Finland showing that merely having a television on in the house, even if the kids aren"t actively watching it,can be enough to disturb their sleep patterns significantly.
Childcare specialists are very specific about the amount of hours children of a given age should spend in front of the television and the kinds of shows they should be watching. But few people have looked closely at what happens when a TV is simply on in the background - either being watched by an adult or, just as commonly, by no one at all.
In a study published in the Journal of Sleep Research, Finnish investigators tried to get at that question, surveying 321 parents of 5-and 6-year-old children to determine the families" viewing patterns and the effect this had on the kids" sleep habits.
All of the families in the study watched a pretty fair amount of TV,with at least one television in the house switched on for an average of 4.2 hrs. per day. On average a child actively watched TV for 1. 4 of those houre and was passively exposed to TV for at least another 1. 4 hrs. In 21 % of the homes, the kids had a TV of their own in the bedroom.
All that exposure,it turns out. was doing the kids" sleep patterns no favors. In general,
hours of passive or active viewing was. the more problems young children had falling asleep. staying asleep, waking up in the morning and avoiding fatigue during the day.
But not all TV viewing was equal. Watching TV alone or at bedtime had greater negative impact on sleep. Unusually high passive exposure - 2. 1 hrs. per day or more - was particularly associated with sleep disturbances. especially when they were adult shows to which the kids were exposed.

I used to be a loser and everything which I did always had wrong. During that time, I was extreme disappointed with myself. I couldn’t do everything well however how easy it was. In the meantime, an old friend of me encouraged me to stand up again and told me that I was still young enough to try more times. I took his advices and made a great effort to achieve something. Then I found I could do things much more better. Now I not longer think I am a loser. I determined to do everything well.
Does it seem like you never have enough time and wonder where all your time goes? Do you know someone who usually gets work done before it is due? Maybe they use their time well. You can learn how to spend your time wisely, too. These steps may help you find that you have more time than you think!
1
Write down major due dates on your calendar. Estimate how long it will take to do each project. Allow yourself more time than you think you will really need.
Make a master schedule which should include the following activities.
— all required school activities
— work schedule
— after-school activities
— blank spaces for unknown activities
A master schedule can help you keep track of all the things that you need to do during the semester. If you know what you have to do and when you need to do it, you can prepare better to meet the deadlines.
2
Plan when to do all your tasks for the week. Schedule time to study for tests, read your textbooks, write papers, go to work, be at meetings. Leave enough time for your chores(零星琐事)and household duties.
3
Make a “to do” list the night before or the first thing in the morning. If you write down what you need to do, your mind will be free to study. You won’t worry and spend time thinking about what you have to do next.
4
Use it for a few weeks, then ask yourself some questions. Are you getting your schoolwork done on time? Are you getting more things done? Do you feel you have control of your time?
Yes? Then your new schedule is working well.
No? Then you should look at your schedule to see how it can be improved.
5
Even a well-planned schedule can’t help if you don’t follow it.
It is very important to manage your time wisely.
As you get older, you will have more responsibilities. You will find it easier to succeed if you learn to manage your time well.
A.See how well your new schedule works. |
B.Plan by the week. |
C.Cut out wasted time. |
D.Follow your schedule closely. |
F. Plan each day.
G. Learn how to save your time.

Dear Joe,
I’m back at school now. Thank you very much for the wonderfully week I spent with you and your family. During the week you teach me how to swim, boat or fish. I really appreciate your taking me around your place and I really enjoyed me. Your mother is such good cook that I think I must have put on nearly 3 kilogram in just one week. I’ll remember forever the seven happy days when we spent together. I did hope you’ll be able to visit our school sometimes next summer. Thank you again. Let’s keep in touch with. Remember me to your family.
