我们要求重新生产此链条.

I am sorry for the previous email in which I did not make clear.
My customer's equipment uses the chain with a jacking block. When the customer received the chain, he found that the chain and the jacking block is not properly fixed/mounted, and therefore they have returned the chain to us.
We think this is a defect of our responsibility, and in order to avoid further delay to the customer, you are kindly requested to manufacture a proper chain and send it to us asap. For the one which the customer returned, I will arrange to send it back to you.
