We enclose herewith Survey Report No.（2008）68764436 issued by the Wuhan Commodity Inspection Bureau certifying that the quality of the above-mentioned goods is much inferior to that of the sample sent previously. As this consignment is entirely useless to us,you are requested,therefore,to return us the invoice value and the inspection charges involved,totaling $400,000.
We trust you will settle this claim promptly. As soon as it is settled,we shall have the consignment returned to you with all expenses for your account.
