take to 是固定搭配,意思是“开始经常做某事”（to start doing something often）
另例：
She was so depressed she took to drink.
（她（那时）很压抑,然后开始酗酒.）
become 后的to 不是接在become之后,而是接在integral之后的,这个短语是become integral to ...（逐渐融入到……）.整个句子因为so引起了倒装（助动词have 位于主语之前）,所以读到become时需要停顿.
