Our plane was delayed leaving kul for sai for more than 1 1/2 hours which allowed traffic to build up at the airport which was a bit of bedlam; fortunately by booking a taxi at the taxi counter we were whisked away to the hotel quite quickly,on arrival we were met by a charming young lady who informed us that we had been upgraded to quite a nice room; it all got better from there,the staff were always trying to make our stay more pleasant.As the staff all have names alien to our way of pronunciation I cannot pick one of the staff over another,in all it was one of the best hotel experiences we have had in recent years recent years.
