摘要：作为金融监管的重要问题之一,消费者保护一直受到各国监管机构的重视.美国的此次金融危机显露了其在金融消费者保护方面的不足,而作为挽救危机的重大举措——多德-弗兰克法案的核心就是在金融系统中保护消费者.本文拟通过分析美国此次金融监管改革的相关内容,对比我国实际情况,提出一些建议,希望能够对完善我国金融监管体制中的消费者保护制度有所帮助.
