“Distributor or Reseller” also referenced in this Agreement as “Supplier,”means the entity that is a party to this Agreement and that has the right to sell Equipment and distribute Software and/or Related Software license(s) to Company for Resale and distribution, respectively, to End Users as under the terms of this Agreement.
