英语中有个单词moth-eaten,用来形容破旧不堪的衣服,“被蛾子吃掉的衣服”译的话该是“被虫蛀的衣服”.
corrupt就不用翻译了吧.
which moth and rust will corrupt,该译成“被虫蛀、被锈蚀”,这样比较贴切.
Seam 就是两块布料之间的“缝线”.比如牛仔裤裤边上的那一道缝线就叫seam.
