我们是中国一家规模很大的公司,对这些产品的需要量很大,我之所以问你们这些产品是否有现货,是因为我们老板希望直接过去看货,认可货物质量后,我们会直接下单,付款.在质量有保证的前提下,我们愿意和你们建立长期的合作关系.你们能够生产多少,我们就可以购买多少.
所以,在没有见到货物,不足以确保质量的前提下,我们不愿意下单支付订金.

We are a responsible large Chinese company with great demands in these products. The reason why I asked whether you have any actual products in stock is becasue our boss would like to inspect the quality of your products before ordering and paying. Once the products' quality is ensured and guaranteed, we would like to have long term collaboration with you. We will be able to purchase all of your products if everything is ensured.
So, without inspecting physical products in person with our technical team and our owner, without quality guarantees, we are not willing to pay the deposit.
Would you please pass this message to your senior manager who can maybe arrange a further discussion or meeting concerning this issue please? We believe we will become your largest customer if our collaboration is successful.
