高一英语·整理错题的时候发现有的还是不懂~
leave to do sth.&leave doing sth.区别?
She is no longer the woman that she used to be.为什么只能用that不能用who呢..别告诉我是因为no longer里面有no...

leave sb. to do sth.是“让某人（停止正在做的事）去做某事”
leave sb. doing sth.是“让某人（继续、持续）做某事”
who在定语从句中作主语,此句中的定语从句是修饰woman的,而从句的主语是she,所以不能用who,而用that或whom
more不是修饰比较级的,你跟much混了.more...than...结构中用形容词原形,意思是“与其说...不如说”,原句中意思为“与其说他笨还不如说他懒”.
balance在这里是“余额,差额”的意思,整句的意思是：在所有剩余的货物邮寄到我们公司之后,我们会支付差额.
庄家在这样的土壤里长不好,除非它（土壤）已经经过特殊的开发.从other than开始到后面的句子是修饰soils的,也就是说除了“the one for which it has been specially developed”这样的土壤,其他的土壤都不长庄稼.
