In my viewpoint,I agree with the second one the teacher should be more easygoing and humorous in his classes.
Nowadays,students no matter who are in middle school or university ,have their own characters and personalities .also they have their ideas and thougt when something comes to them. They are not childrens and they need to be respected and treated as adults.
In calsses ,they obviously like those teachers who are more easygoing and humorous compared with those who are strict and serious.
Adolescents usually have a strong sense of confronting others although other people are right exactly.so when teaching them ,teachers should consider the point the students are going though this super period.strictly attitude may be not a good way to make students obey them. On the contrary,it w

你要多分段,5段最好,总分结构——开头,3个Body段,结尾.每段头要衔接词.
句式也要多样化,文中有好多词可以替代掉.
