但是很遗憾地告诉您,由于我所在的学校和PP机构没有签约,所以我很难申请到该项奖学金,但是这并不会影响我前来留学的决心.真的很感谢您一直以来关于对申请XX奖学金所做的悉心指导.

Dear Professor KK,
I have been concerning and learning about XX scholarship, I apologize for replying you late.
Through the conact number you provided, I have reached with AA, I am from the same place with one of AA's schoolmates, and we had a good chat. I will probably seek more advise from you in the future.
But, unfortunately, The school I am studying in has not signed any agreement with the PP organization, so it is hardly possible for me to apply for the scholarship. anyway, this will not impact me to make decision on studying abroad. I am sorry for that and thank you very much for your kind advises on applying XX scholarship.
