Many factors contribute to this phenomenon .Most importantly ,nowadays ,people should work hard and work a long time to surive in this over-populared world .in this way they have few time to spent with their family members and friends .Last but not least ,with the development of hi-tech ,such as computer ,many people are addicted to computer games .
Considering the above-mentioned ,some effective measures should be taken to eliminate the loneliness in their daily life .On one hand ,spending time with our family members and friends can fill fun with our life ,on the other hand ,participating in activities such as playing basketball not only enrich our life but also can help us make more friends .
