摘要:经济全球化、贸易自由化以和信息网络化的知识经济时代与后工业社会的来临,顾客需求瞬息万变、技术创新急剧加速、产品生命周期不断缩短、市场竞争日趋剧烈,企业的经营和管理在面临着越来越多的挑战与冲击,现代企业对营销活动越来越重视.企业间的竞争首先是市场资源的竞争,是市场占有率的竞争,是企业之间人力资源战略的竞争,最终是企业之间营销人员能力竞争.
顾客行为与顾客期望决定企业生存的命脉.“顾客是上帝”,在如今以顾客为导向的市场,顾客是否满意是每个企业持续发展的命门.从顾客满意度出发的企业绩效评估考核必然成为今后发展的趋势.
本文以顾客满意度为切入点,对营销人员的绩效考核做出阐述,并设计了相关的考核体系.

The competition between enterprises is the first market resources market share of competition, it is the competition, is the enterprise competition between the human resource strategy, is ultimately between enterprise marketing personnel capability competition.
Customer behavior and customer expectation decided the enterprise survival's lifeblood. "The customer is god", now in the market with customer oriented, customers are satisfied is every enterprise and continuous development of fire. Starting from the customer satisfaction of enterprise performance evaluation will surely become the future development trends.
Based on customer satisfaction as the breakthrough point, to the marketing personnel's performance appraisal make elaborate, and design the relevant examination system.
