第一个问题我也曾问过老师,这个问题其实是是个修饰错误,选D：
请注意that后面就是一个整句,那么他就可以有新的主语,而这个句的主语应当是seeing的行使者,此处不明确（不是Quincy,她是主句的主语,而不能确定为从句的主语,可以是Dan）.（OC里有一道题几乎一样,只不过把Jack改成了一个也叫D什么的人）
第二个问题你太过不注意了（建议以后有不会的先找主谓宾及修饰成分）,but是连词,那么前面就是一个整句,好,主语呢?since some people .,but others .这句话缺主语的.而从另一个角度（固定搭配）,你见过有since...but...这种?
第三个问题句子问题是双主语,consequently是副词,不是连词,把多余成分删去后就是students work,they do not.注意：连词问题,也就是双主语问题大多考在这个连词或者逗号前后句子极长之处.
改法分析：A已经不对了,B无任何实质改动,还是双主语,C还是双主语（调换下顺序你就看出来了,weekends,they do not have much time for doing their homework as a consequence.)
D还是双主语（therefore不是连词）
故E对,分号前后均为有完整主谓宾的整句
