你前面的空格（发货人、提单号码、收货人）以及下面的（发货人、收货人名称、收货人地址）,这些?的填发和理解都是对的；
QTY：Quantity,件数的简写,你按照提单上的件数填写；
DESC：Description,描述的简写,你按照提单上的产品描述填写；
这样填好后,盖上你们公司的公章,正本寄给船公司或货代就可以了.
