First of all,you should think to yourself that everything gonna be OK one day.
Then,it is better if you have your family or friends beside you.Try to discuss the problems with them in hope of working out some solutions.
Finally,relex yourself by going on a trip abround either the city or the country.Feel nature,feel people,feel all around.
Actually,when I am upset,I would turn to God and pray to him,pouring all staff out to Him.This gonna work.Do have a try.He would help for sure if you believe Him.
