I also don't believe in paying my children to be kind and well-mannered.This is something we expect from them as part of our family and as little human beings.As a reward for good behavior such as going to bed on time ,I'd rather use a reward-based activity or experience that is done together:Ice skating or a cinema trip instead of money .Punishments for bad behavior will usually be not allowing them to play.
