答案

whether a citizen should be allowed to have a gun?my answer is "no".
It is widely known that,there are several murder cases happened in the US.Most of the murderers have mental problems.Sounds terrible and scary,is it?I’m using the truth to show everyone that having a gun may give freedom,but which is exchanged by murders,hurts or fighting.
Look at our country,we’ve been living peaceful life without the policy of allowing to have a gun.And we are going to live like this continually.Also,it suits our traditional culture which is nice,civilization and friendly.I can’t see anything wrong with it.
If you’re interested in shooting,you can join a shooting club,which offers better shooting conditions than holding a gun individually.
Overall,it is not really necessary for citizens to hold a gun.
