工厂是在准备使用时才发现A短少5包.本来每个托盘内有8层,每层5包,总共40包（25公斤X40包=1000公斤）,但是短少的托盘上只有7层（35包）,并且包装完好没有拆封.所以我们觉得这可能是装运时工人少放1层,因此短少了5包.
求英语达人帮忙修改下语法或者用词上的错误,
When the factory used A,they found the CR deficient 5 packages.Every pallets have 8 compartment ,each compartment of 5 packages total 40 packages normally（25kg X 40bags=1000kg）.But they have 7 compartment total 35 packages now.
The pack is completely and no broken,so they thought there maybe a mistook which the carrier lacked 5 packages for shipping
