well, actually nobody likes pressure. But I think people will work harder and more energetic under environment moderate pressure. In all I like working under pressure.

I suppose a manager should acuqire high quality of management, which is essential for a manager. Also, being a manager needs to deal with personal ralationship well.

I don't think saying nothing provides any benefits to negotiating. Rather, focusing on the issue itself is more important to figure out the conflicts, in a polite and patient way.

—稳定的经济形势

Well,I considered these two factors as the essential points because taxes and economic background do really influence a lot. However, they are not keys for running a new business successsfully.
