为了保持健康,我通常保持每天八个小时的睡眠,尽量不熬夜到很晚,因为可以早一点起床到外面呼吸新鲜空气.我平时吃大量的蔬菜水果,肉类尽量少吃一点,保持营养均衡.还有就是多喝水,工作不要太过疲劳,能休息的好才能保证工作更有效率.早餐尤其很重要,我曾经因为长期不吃早餐导致胃病.

To keep a healthy lifestyle,I usually have 8 hours of sleep everyday and try my best not to stay up late,because this way I can get up earlier to breath some fresh air outside.I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits,and eat meats as little as possible,to keep a balanced diet.And,I try to drink a lot of water,and take least amount of stress from work; good rest warrants efficiency and productivity.Breakfast is especially important.Because I skipped breakfast all the time,I used to have stomach problems.
