The diagram above clearly illustrate that the domestic car market’s sharing of several different countries’ brand in China from 2008 to 2009.According to the table,in 2008.Japanese cars were the most popular production in the market,which relayed on their high quality and good reputation won the automobile market.Surprisingly,a dramatic elevation has occurred in home-made car’s selling in 2009,which has already exceeded Japanese identities,becoming Chinese main choice in buying a new car.And American brands’ popularity is still at a low level,which remains a stable proportion in the market sharing.
Some driving factors that contribute to the above-mentioned changes can be summarized as follows.First and foremost,China has become particularly active in car-related manufacturing,which obliges domestic car makers to devote amounts of money to improving their products’ quality .In addition,people in China would like choose home-made car in order to support our country’s economy.Emphasis should be given in the Chinese made cars’ price,which is much cheaper in comparison with other nations’ brands.
Taking all these factors we discussed into accounts,we may predict that with speedy development of our economy,people in China will more likely to prefer a Chinese brand car rather than other countries’ in the future.
