某消费者原来每月煤气开支120元,煤气的某些用途如暖等可用电代替,现在煤气价格上涨100%,其它商品价格不变,若该消费者得到120元因煤气涨价的补贴,试问他的处境改善了还是恶化了?为什么?作草图表示.

Assume all the incomes will be spending on consumption.
Consumption (Heat) = Income-Consumption (others)
Now income increases sine the subsidy on heat and consumption on others remains.
That is the ability of consumption of heat increases.
If the consumer remains to use gas,his consumption ability is remained at the same level.But if shift to other alternative,he’s benefited from subsidy.
X-axis is Income and Y-axis is Consumption
