What should we do to keep healthy?One important way is to exercise often.Mr and Mrs Fang try to exercise every day.Mr Fang can not exercise in the morning because he must gei to school very early.But he runs every evening.He walks a lot,too.Ha walks to school every day,and after school he plays different sports with his friends.Mrs Fang goes to a yoga class twice a week and practices yoga every day.
But things were so different before.Last year Mr and Mrs Fang drove their car to every place they go,even to the store near their house.They thought they had to use the car all the time.They wouldn't walk.The result was that they always got sick.
The Fangs all feel better now.They believe they shouldn't be lazy.They needn't to exercise every day,but they should try their best to exercise and look after their health.
