another 是很多中的另一个,比如：this apple is for lily,you take another one please.（有很多个苹果,这个是给丽丽的,请你在另外拿一个）.
the other 是两个中的另一个,比如：有两个熟人在路边站着,你给人介绍时可以说,one is tom,the other one is lucy.
the others和other 都可以表示剩下的所有人或东西.如：一个班50个人,其中2个生病了,剩下的没生病的那些人就可以用the others或other.例：only two students are ill,the others are healthy或者 only two students are ill,other students are healthy.唯一不同的是：the others直接用于名词（代词）,而other用于形容词.
