AS we know ,good heaith is more important than wealth. FOOD give us energy ,so we must have enough food to keep healthy . FRUIT and vegetabies are good for your heaith,but the fast food ,like potato ,will make you fat and not heaith.SO eat the right food to keep you cheaith.
