Nowadays,many students come to school without having breakfast.This bad behavior has caused negative ffects in many aspects.
As we all know,there are four lessons in the morning.Not having breakfast reduces the efficiency of study.It also does harm to our health.In addition,It will be more easily to catch deseases including stomachache.We are going to be senior 3 students,so we should be energetic to study everyday.
As far as i am concerned,It's absolutely important to have breakfast.It's a good habit which benefits both our health and study.
