1、考察能否把先行词放入定语从句中去。
例如：He told us the reaon he was late this morning .

该题选B。因为先行词 the reason 放入从句中去应加介词for 而for the reason 在定语从句中作原因状语故选 但下句先行词也是the reason 但确不用why而用that或which引导定语从句。This is the reason that /which he told us yesterday
