小弟看了别人的回答,有些明白了,有些还不懂.
例如There is ____ (a/an)"f" in the word fly.
There is _____(a/an) ID .
There is ____ (a/an)"r" in the word rubber.
还有刚刚看到的 a excited man 为什么呢?

a excited man 是错的.正确是 an excited man
所有句子用 “an” 因为 f,i,r 发音根 a,e,i,o 一样.
就是 ‘f'发音 'ef'
'i' 这个没问题吧
'r' 发音 'ar'
根据我的解释你能看到 'a' 'f' 'r' 发音的时候都有母音字母 'a' 在前面.'a' 就是母音之一麻.
母音字母有 a e i o u 五个字.所以 an excited man 要用 an
可是 'u' 有点问题.因为它可以发音2种.
一,是 发音 'u' 有很少词.例如,uniliver 用 a
二,是 发音像 'a' 例如,umbrella 用 an
