"Overall,I would stay again at the Metropole.However,I was able to find competitor hotels in the same area,for the same price,that provided a better service.Given that,there are reasons why I would not go back:the shower/bath was rather inefficient in design and frequent cold water; and the staff,although attempting to be helpful,were not as efficient as I would hope.Check-in,check-out,responding to our requests all proved to be challenging.I also got very sick while there,and when asked where we could buy food/water at a store,they told us,and only to find out there was no store nearby next to the hotel.Breakfast,tour desks,and the comfort of the room were all nice for the price.Metropole does not look like much,but if you need a place to stay it is clean and trustworthy."
