那么问题来了,为什么呢?在绝大多数情况下,只是因为人们不喜欢他们做的事情.做这些事情无法带给他们真正的满足感.也许因为这些工作比较简单却枯燥,比如制作木箱子.绝大多数情况下,他们只是在做一个大项目中的一个小环节,比如往一辆汽车上装门把手.但是这个工作是如此微不足道,他们根本不认为自己亲手做了一辆汽车.
可是在现代社会,人们必须做一些平凡的工作,比如打扫街道.因为这是构建社会的一种方式.无论做工作的人有多么平凡,他都是社会的一员,所以也应该得到我们的尊重.毕竟,没有这些“枯燥乏味”的工作,我们的社会就无法正常运转.
