English idioms are considered a essential component of decent English. It not only makes language lively, but also add the punctuality of the language. It is not a easy task to use the idioms proficiently for the students who study English as a foreign language. Even though we have learned some grammar and grasped adequate vocabulary, that’s not enough. At the mean time we need to know a lot of phrases, such as put out,get along,call for,book for,look over and so on. To be honest, our language is still bored, hard and stubborn. If we want to grasp the idiom in a language, we should practice more and learn more. Hard as it may be, we still can not ignore the study of idioms.
