手机被偷了要申报保险,要描述事情经过.事情是这样的：当时我正在星巴克排队,我的手机放在外套口袋里.一个黑人男子连着撞了我两次,向我道歉并立即离开.当他离开后,我发现我的手机不见了.他手臂上搭了一件衣服,估计就是为了偷东西作掩护的,而且当时店里人不是特别多,很显然他故意撞我,第一次没得手又故技重施.他走了我觉得不对劲,一摸发现手机没了.
请高手把这事儿翻译一下我好填申报单,

I was lining up in the Starbucks and my cellphone was in the pocket of my jacket. Then a black man walked into me twice. He apologized and left right away. After he left, I realized that my cellphone was gone. He had a cloth around his arm, and it could be used as a cover for this theft.
At first he probably didn't get it and so he tried the second time. It was very obvious that he walked into me on purposely as there were not many people in that store at the time. It was until the second time that he "hit and run" then I realized that something was wrong and yet my cellphone has been stolen!
