with the enhancement in people's living standard,how to keep us healthy has always been a heated topic.Based on my own experience,the ways in which people can keep healthy are as follows,
First of all,exercise more. Just as the saying goes,life lies in the movement.However sick you are,workout is always able to keep us away from any diseases.
Secondly,live a healthy lifestyle. It is generally acknowledged that an incorrect lifestyle is the commonest cause that we human being get ill,so choose better,live healthier!
In a nut shell,keeping healthy is,in the real sense,an odyssey that we have to always pay attention to and who have the last laugh is who live a healthy life.
