摘 要：事业单位改革是中国经济体制改革的重要组成部分,对建立和完善社会主义市场经济体制起着至关重要的作用.同时,事业单位改革不仅是中国行政体制改革的配套要求,也是事业单位自身走向社会、面向市场的实际需要.文章从我国事业单位的现状、人事制度的特点及弊端,以及改革所遵循的思路出发,指提出事业单位聘用制改革的核心是用“聘用制”取代“聘任制”.进而分析事业单位人事制度改革政策和相关单位的实际操作经验教训的基础上,认为由于长期形成的体制及观念等因素的制约,我国事业单位的改革将是一个长期的、逐步完善的过程,只有不断总结、吸取相关经验教训,并及时在政策方面表现出来,我国聘用制改革才能取得实效.关键词：事业单位；聘用制；改革
