     The full name of the UK is the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The island of Great
Britain is made up of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Britain, with an area of 24.36 km2 and
a population of 600,000,000 is located in the northwest of the European Continent, surrounded by the Pacific
Ocean. Its capital city London also serves as one of the major international financial centers in the world. It
possesses the greatest historical treasure of all with its museums, art collections, theatres, parks and buildings.
