Jogging is the easiest and cheapest way of shaping the body. You can do this whenever and wherever you like, and you don’t have to spend much money.
Dieting has become a popular way, too. Nowadays, quite a lot of people like this method better. Dieting means you can eat very little every day. People on diet are forbidden to eat food with fat, so they don’t take in as much nutrition as the body needs. It may do harm to people’s health in the long run. As far as I am concerned, only by exercising regularly and going on a healthy diet, can people lose weight as well as keep fit.

We Have Different Ideas!

This may be the most important choice—the turning point in my life. Never before have I been so serious. For me, a Senior Three student, which university to choose is really a hard question, especially when I hold a completely different opinion from my parents.

I’m longing for Beijing University for its long history, beautiful campus and academic atmosphere. Besides, it’s a good chance to experience a different culture.

But to my great surprise, when my parents heard this, they are strongly against my idea. Moreover, I was shocked to find mum crying! She asked in tears, “Why don’t you stay in Guangzhou?
