这是我要演讲的作文,所以不要用翻译工具!
以前翻译工具把我害惨了,用翻译工具错误太多
最好以初中的水平翻译,翻译的词要最好简单易懂,句型不要太复杂,以下是内容：
迈克尔.乔丹(Michael Jordan)是NBA历史上最伟大的球员之一.迈克尔.乔丹1963年2月17日出生于美国纽约.他身高6,6英尺（198公分）,体重216英磅(97.9公斤).
体重：216 英磅他童年的梦想是成为棒球明星.读中学时棒球、篮球、橄榄球及田径都很出色,以棒球最为出色,曾经代表校队参加比赛并获得冠军.
他1984 NBA进入芝加哥公牛队(Chicago Bulls).他是一名得分后卫(Shooting Guard).他5次获得NBA的MVP.他还有其它各项数不胜数的荣誉,在此就不一一叙述了.

Michael Jordan is one of the moet greatest players in NBA history.
He was born on January 17th,1963 in New York,US.He height 6.6 feet and weight 216 pounds.
He has dreamed to be a baseball star ever since he was a boy.When in high school,he was good at baseball,basketball as well as track and field,especially baseball,and he once won a gold medal in the name of school team.
He joined Chicago Bulls in 1984 as a Shooting Guard and was awarded MVP five times in NBA.There are still so numerous laurels belonging to him that I'm not going to list one by one.
楼上的犯了几个很明显的错误!
1.He was born on 17th(或the seventeenth) of January,1963 in New York,US.很明显,2月17日应该是January 17th.
2.He has a height of 6.6 feet and a weight of 216 pounds.是不地道的,应把height和weight都作为动词才行!
3.曾经代表校队参加比赛并获得冠军,在翻译的时候,应该要换序的,即他曾经获得冠军,代表校队.不换序的话,就不符合英语的表达习惯.
4.他5次获得NBA的MVP,翻译成was awarded MVP five times,省略了NBA是不可以的,这也是不符合翻译中“忠实”的原则的.
