I am glad to hear that you will come to visit Tibet.
You know, Tibet is 4,000 meters above sea level, so
there are many things you should be aware of.
Firstly, tourists to Tibet must be healthy because this
area has less oxygen. Secondly, there is a big difference
in temperatures between days and nights,so you
should have enough clothes to keep yourself from
catching a cold. Finally, the sunshine in Tibet is strong
and can easily hurt your skin and eyes, so you’d better
bring suntan cream, a pair of sunglass and a hat. Of
course, you should make sure you get enough rest when
you first arrive in Tibet.
