Abstract:
The debt situation at the village level in the zhangjiajie region has been a long standing problem. Zhangjiajie is located at the mountainous region in the west of HunanProvince, it is also the enclave of ethnic minorities. The complex geographic and humanistic environments are the reasons why its debt problem at the village level cannot be effectively resolved. By analyzing the present situation of debt problem of Zhangjiajie at the village level, this paper attempts to find out the reasons why its debt problem at the village level cannot be effectively resolved, and specifically offers a temporary as well as a fundamental solution to alleviate effectively its debt problem at the village level, and to pave the path for a permanent solution to the problem.
