1.After two hours reading or watching please take a rest for your eyes.
2.Please keep at least 1inch distance when you are watching.
3.Please constantly do eye excises.
4.Please don’t overuse your eyes.
5.Please don’t read the book on the bed or when you are moving.
6.Please don’t read under the sunshine or dim light.
