Education Background
这一部分不能就写个大学,要加上你主修什么(Major),分数多少(Results),有没有参加什么社团(Extracurricular Activities),担任什么职务等.
Language and Computer Operation Proficiency
Ability的话的确是能力的意思,但是呃,还是有区别的.通常来说能力测试都是Proficiency Test,没有人说Ability Test的.
Average in English!这是个怎么回事?什么叫平均线上下?是谁说的平均?具体在什么个水准?如果有考级的话就说清楚级别,如果有在其他的地方练习英文的话最好也请注明.如果楼主觉得光是英文级别没办法说明的话可以分成听说读写四个部分,比如说听,可以大致全部听懂所有某某专业用语和日常对话,读可以读懂某个英文报纸什么的.或者可以用级别类的形容词：例如Beginner,Conversational,Fluent,Native.
同样的,下面的computer proficiency,也可以给一个级别的形容词,比如说：Beginner,Advanced,Expert.这时候不要想着谦虚.恕我直言,那个average in English的说法很明显是谦虚的产物.个人觉得楼主的英文很不错了,职场上不容的谦虚的.觉得自己真地用得很熟了,就给他写Expert.其他的就都写Advanced.
Years of experience in the field to solve THE PROBLEM.是什么problem?如果有具体的事例就可以用具体的,不想再花地方写的话就用概括类的词代替,比如说什么logistics arrangement problems and emergencies.当然我不知道什么是logistics arrangement,just an example,乱说的,
Day-to-day work of department:daily operations of logistics department (最好在上面说出你是什么department的technical manager) 然后这里就用daily operations of the department.
More complex logistics programs:把more去掉.
这里我有点看不明白.Materials producing design?还是Materials producing () and design?但是不论哪一个,应该是：Materials Production Design or materials production and design.

Sector:板块的意思.Economy Sector:经济板块,Industry Sector,行业板块.这里应该用Department吧?有点不太知道这句话你想说的是?前面几条都有具体动词,突然这条的不见了…可以用Ensured timely communication.Production progress tracking or tracking of production progress,product quality control
可以分两条啊,ensured timely communication,in charge of Production progress tracking and product quality control.

Of for of太多了...In charge of technical knowledge training of sales staff and staff in the technical department.
Assist – 两个s.Assist sales staff in customer enquiries about technical problems.
To the scene:Solve ad-hoc technical problems

另外,可以在responsibilities之后加一条：Achievements,就如楼上所说,写一下有什么成绩.
