ARTICLE 26 GENERAL PROVISIONS
26.2 The payments shall be made as follows:
26.2.1 - 60% of the contract price after the signing of the contract,against provision of the performance guarantee and a security guaranteeing repayment in full of this advance;
26.2.2 - 30% of the contract price following provisional acceptance of the supplies;
26.2.3 - 10% of the contract price,as payment of the balance outstanding,following final acceptance of the supplies.However,this payment of 10% may,if the Supplier so wishes,be made at the same time as the 30% instalment referred to in paragraph 26 (2) (2) if the Supplier provides a security guaranteeing repayment of the full amount of the 10% balance.The security shall be released within 60 days of the final acceptance of the supplies.
