核磁共振（MRI）技术是目前最先进的医学成像技术,已经广泛的应用于对人体各种组织器官病变的诊断,其中最普遍运用于人的脑组织.
人脑MRI断层图像三维重建是指通过核磁共振成像设备获取连续的二维切面图像,然后将这些二维图像之间的位置和灰度信息输入计算机,在计算机上进行相应的组合和处理,最后在显示器上再现人脑整体或某一部分的三维图像信息.MRI断层图像三维重建能为医生提供详细的人脑的三维图像,便于他们从多角度、多层次进行观察和分析.
本文研究医学图像三维重建所涉及的关键技术——切片间插值技术.主要介绍MRI断层图像插值的概况,知识结构,对比几种插值算法.从主观与客观评价的关系入手,研究讨论插值算法的评价体系,尝试用三次样条插值法对图像进行插值处理,利用MATLAB编写评价程序和三次样条插值程序,通过层间插值得到插值图像进行实验和评价.
