I need a balance of yin and yang to be healthy.So when I’m tried I eat hot yang foods.I eat yin foods like tofu when I’m too stressed out.I exercise every day.Usually when I come from school.I try to eat a lot of vegetables about ten or eleven times a week.I don’t like milk but I drink milk every day.Because my morther wants me to drink it,she says it’s good for my health.Of course,I like junk food but I eat it twice a morth.I often sleep nine hours every night.But sometimes I sleep six hours.At those day,I fell tired.I think it’s important to stay heaalthy,because healthy lifestyle help me get good grades
