不管中文翻译成“两个不都”（实际上只有一个）,但我们知道both作主语动词用复数对吧,所以用do；同理neither作主语动词不是应该用单数吗?再看这句
Neither of two sisters is watching TV.两姐妹都没有再看电视,为什么这里be动词就用单数了呢?实在是绕不清楚,
