The production process and delivery state of every order should be traced and record, once upon there was an order delivery which was in my charge , two years later, the customer claimed that we have a lack of delivery of 1000 pieces and they requested our company to re-send, thanks to the trace record that I made for every delivery, our company has avoided the losses.
