In some countries people who have high incomes pay very high taxes. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this for individuals and for the country as a whole?

It is not uncommon that in a number of regions, such as America and Australia, individuals who receive remarkable remunerations, normally pay higher taxes than other ordinaries. This essay will attempt to discuss the possible benefits and drawbacks and then express my opinions.
Finance for social welfare is important. It is needed to maintain public facilities such as hospitals and it requires an astronomical budget balancing act from any government. However, authorities in certain national governments suffer from a lack of funds. As a result, they do not allocate sufficient supports to their social welfare system.
